How secure is online shopping?
We hold your customer security and privacy as paramount. This website takes the utmost precautions to protect user’s information. We do not keep/store any confidential information out of the transaction - i.e. credit card details/names/expiry dates.
What security standards protect my credit card details online?
eWAY, who process our online credit card payments are certified in a set of standards created by card issuers such as Visa and Mastercard to protect credit card details online. PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) ensures sensitive customer data remains secure at all times.
I do not want to order online, what other ways can I make an order?
We offer a very safe online shopping experience but if you would prefer to pay by internet bank transfer please please contact us and let us know what you are purchasing and where we are sending it. Please deposit funds into the below account using your name as the reference.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please contact us and return the product within 14 days unused with all the packaging and we will give you a full refund or exchange on the purchase price, no questions asked!
All Goods returned will be at the expense of the customer, however if the product is faulty we will be happy to refund or credit the cost of freight.
Please contact us if you would like to purchase gift vouchers. We can make these to any value you require.
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you’ve purchased or the sizing is wrong then please contact us. Please make sure that the product has not been used and all the packaging is returned with the product within 14 days of purchase. Please send the product back to us and we’ll either give you a full refund or an immediate replacement.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. New Zealand orders will be on overnight delivery (Courier Post) and should arrive the next working day. New Zealand post will delivery larger items within New Zealand between 1 & 3 working days.
International shipping orders will arrive 3-10 days after the order is placed.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or can be estimated when item is added to shopping cart. For New Zealand shipping, overnight courier costs range from $3 to $15 depending of the size of the item.
