At Baby Toolbox we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. We offer a 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please contact us and return the product within 14 days unused with all the packaging and we will give you a full refund or exchange on the purchase price, no questions asked! 

All Goods returned will be at the expense of the customer, however if the product is faulty we will be happy to refund or credit the cost of freight.

 

We have made the best effort to make sure that our products are fit for their intended use. For us to do this we rely on the information supplied to us by the manufacturers.  It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to read all instructions and make sure that the product is fit to use in their particular circumstances.
