Customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are faulty, please contact us. Also if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you’ve purchased for any reason or the sizing is wrong, then please contact us.
Returns
Please make sure that the product has not been used and all the packaging and documentation is returned with the product within 14 days of purchase. Please send the product back to us and we’ll either give you a full refund or an immediate replacement, no questions asked.
All goods returned will be at the expense of the customer, however if the product is faulty we will be happy to refund or credit the cost of freight.
