180 Day returns
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you’ve purchased or the sizing is wrong then please contact us. Please make sure that the product has not been used with tags intact and all the packaging is returned with the product within 180 days of purchase.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition for resale. We cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind and the product has been used.
Please note that electronic goods are only accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. Please send the product back to us and we’ll either give you a full refund or an immediate replacement.
Delivery costs are not refunded, if your order qualified for free delivery, we will deduct the standard $5 delivery from your refund amount.
All goods returned will be at the expense of the customer, however if the product is faulty we will happily refund or credit the cost of the freight.
We are unable to accept returns on Clearance items.
